The National Adoption Service promotes and supports best practice in adoption across Wales. It is an innovative collaboration for the provision of adoption services, bringing together all 22 Welsh councils, health and education services as well as the Voluntary Adoption Agencies. It was created to improve the services for all those affected by adoption in Wales.

What We Did
Full Podcast Production – English & Welsh
Working alongside the brilliant people of the National Adoption Service and their amazing PR agency, we created two series’, one in English and one in Welsh, to met their brief and deliver the results they wanted. We then guided the NAS team through the planning and recording sessions, and then edited and published the finished product on to the main podcasting platforms.

“Like many organisations we had no idea what the pandemic would mean for our service. The timing of the podcast was critical in helping us to share our message but it also brought people together at a time when connection was so incredibly important.
What we ended up with was a professional and ‘current’ product that is not only an enjoyable listen, but we have no doubt will stand the test of time for the National Adoption Service as we continue our mission to encourage more people to adopt.”

This was Wales’ first podcast on adoption so we were a little daunted, but the Bengo team could not have been more supportive.
